Xbox elite, worth the extra cash?

I initially had the standard xbox, don't know what the actual name of that one was, it's the one that has the 60gb hard drive. is there a way to get all my games like BF BC:1, Skate, CoD:3, and GTA IV from that hard drive to the 120gb of the elite?

Also, are there any other features, other than the awesome aesthetics(I like the black console) and the increased hard drive space, that make it easily worth paying the extra 100? the elite bundle i'm looking at does come with halo ODST.... but that game isn't all that much different than halo 3, is it?

I would say go for it. It comes w/ a device that transfers all your info from one hard drive to the new one. And ODST does have the beta key for REACH and that comes out in May[which I hate to say, but does look good enough to play]
